 From my experience and talks with my friends and travellers, I have concluded one thing for sure: Indians want to skip the visa process and are happy to visit the countries where visa on arrival facility for Indians is available. Money hardly matters in such cases, visa on arrival for Indians is all they would like to hear. In this post, on the same track, I will present you top five countries that are known for tourism and provides visa on arrival for Indians in Asia.





Thailand

A country known for its party culture and beaches, Indians are lucky to have visa on arrival in Thailand. There are no prior preparations needed, you can just book your tickets and reach the airport with your passport. The visa will be stamped in Thailand and for Indians as of writing this post, is free of cost. Some websites would list the price as 1000 baht or 2000 baht but I have travelled there and it is absolutely free for Indians. 







Bhutan

The world's happiest country, Bhutan, provides visa on arrival for Indians and is one of the best places to visit if you want some peace and extremely attractive natural beauty in your life. Bhutan immigration office demands Adhaar card or passport too sometimes so you can keep them handy. Although there are no preparations required, you can visit the immigration office directly. Remember that you cannot travel as a solo male in Bhutan although there are no such restrictions for ladies.






Vietnam

Another exotic destination for nature lovers is Vietnam in South-east Asia. Vietnam provides visa on arrival for Indians but they demand online approval from the booking agency prior to coming to India. Prices are sporadic and whatever I write here might not be correct. You can visit Vietnam tourism official website to know more about the prices for the Visa. 






Maldives

The Maldives has always been a showy place with literally a lot of celebrities posting their photos of Maldives every now and then. The Maldives has become one of the most preferred places to visit for Indians especially couples. Moreover, the best thing is, the Maldives provides visa on arrival for Indians which skips the hectic process altogether. You can visit the Maldives directly with passport and tickets, the Maldives provides free of cost visa for Indians for 30 days.






Cambodia

Cambodia has always been on the bucket list of fellow travellers. The best thing about Cambodia is that it demands only time and tickets from us as the country offers Visa on arrival for Indians. The passport is mandatory for Indians and you can just book the tickets and demand visa at the airport. Cambodia is a great place to travel and explorers all around the world visit Cambodia around the year.

As I mentioned earlier, I have been seeing double from the first day to now. My eyes did not improve even a little for many days. Everything I used to see was doubled. Pangong Tso to Leh - Final Chapter - Ladakh Diaries Page 4

The morning in Pangong Tso was the most beautiful morning ever. My window had a perfect view of the lake and between us were green crops and vegetables grown by the locals. It is too far from the world and no vegetable vendor, fruits or anything else come here. You eat what you grow beside your home. The last village was Tangtse which was 30 km back and this was the day we were to move from Pangong Tso to Leh with our bikes. Varanasi or Kashi or Banaras, whatever one may call it, the place plays a significant role in the life of a Hindu whether he believes in god or not. A Pigeon On The Balcony

An adult, grey, and beautiful pigeon sits on a balcony visible from my room. The balcony is one floor higher than mine, whose shorter side faces my balcony. I sit and work close to my balcony, inside my room, where my desk and chair are greeted with solid sunshine each morning. While I pay rent to stay in my room, pigeons live rent-free here. I see them all day, from my chair, flying in all directions, drinking water from the swimming pool, and diving from the terrace straight towards the ground. Now that so many days have passed, I inadvertently ignore them as they have become a part of my daily life. Vietnam has always fascinated travelers all around the world without actually pointing out any one thing specifically. You might be traveling to India to visit just the Taj Mahal but why do you want to take a trip to Vietnam? There is no such thing. You just want to visit Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. A Day's Tale Of My Travel In Meghalaya

It has been a long-awaited trip to Meghalaya. I always wanted to visit the states far in the east and experience their culture. In the December of 2021 by booking tickets for Meghalaya, me and three of my friends decided to explore this state navigating our ways by an i20 car that we took from Guwahati. Since our entry and exit point was Guwahati, it made sense.  Meghalaya is a small hilly state with a population of around 75%  Christians. I took my empty bag, I took my jacket, dressed in college uniform I started my ride. I was going to my college to give my final semester presentation for the project I had done in LTI, Mumbai . I was happy about the fact that after today, there will be no exams, no attendance and my college life would be over. I had my days planned. Hell and Heaven? - A Mule Story

 Can you hear the sound of my breath? I am panting. Why? I am walking on a stone-paved trek that goes to Kedarnath Dham. It is not an easy trek, especially when you have weight on you. The cold wind seems to help a lot, but I have a trick. I do not see in the front. I always look down towards the road. This way, I don't know how steep the climb is in front of me. When The Desert Turned White - Rann Of Kutch (Rann Utsav)

In the darkroom and past midnight, I and my two friends decided to plan a trip. But the place should be something that does not dig deep into our pockets and gives a lifetime memorable experience as well. While my friend Harish (yeah! we share the same name, unfortunately) asked me, "Is there a place where you wanted to go?".  This question hit me with a place that I have been struggling to go for the past two years.
